Introducing: Goldielocks, the urban fashionista all the girls flexing their Nikes and gold hoops are wishing they could be. Boldly pioneering female ambition in an industry dominated by males, Goldie is the first rapper/producer to be released in over a decade on the reanimated ‘Locked On’ label, the original home of UK garage and first to put out Mike Skinner 12”s!
Recently catching the imagination of Noel Clarke, director of cult film Kidulthood, Goldie’s tracks ‘Kids’ produced by FutureCut and ‘Drug Dee-la’ featured on the soundtrack for Clarke’s critically acclaimed sequel to Kidulthood, Adulthood. 
Goldielocks takes her lyrical inspiration from life in the C.R.O. through a female lens – bad clubs, her day job in Starbucks and wastemen boys.
Crediting influences from The Streets, The Neptunes and Dizzie Rascal to Girls Aloud, MIA and Spank Rock. The result is freshly modernist UK pop – a mix of US and local, urban and indie attitudes. As well as producing her own tracks like “Neek Chic” which designer Marc Jacobs used as the soundtrack to his Spring/Summer 09 collection at Fashion Week; Goldie gets behind the mic producing buzz artists such as Tinchy Stryder, Miss Oddkid, Mutya Buena, Example and Kate Nash.
Future releases for Goldielocks include a collaboration with dubstep’s Benga out later this year and her eagerly anticpated debut album. Goldielocks part of the new school of muscians that are running tings!
